Mini Winter Session

Mini Session - 4 Classes

Tuesday– November 27th, December 4th, December 11th, and December 18th

 

Obedience/Rally Focus Class

This class has been designed for teams who have completed Puppy Kindergarten and preferably Family Dog and can walk nicely on a leash. Teams will be introduced to fundamentals of Rally and Obedience exercises. With the exception of the recall exercises, exercises will be conducted on leash. Dogs are expected to be wearing a flat buckle collar and handlers may use various sizes of leashes up to 6’ feet in length.

 

Novice Tricks Class

This class has been designed for teams who have completed Puppy Kindergarten and preferably Family Dog who can walk nicely on a leash. This course is a relationship/trust building course. If dogs can do 10 tricks, they can earn their Novice Tricks Title. They may also earn their Canine Good Citizen Title. Dogs are expected to be wearing a flat buckle collar and handlers may use various sizes of leashes up to 6’ feet in length.

 

Puppy Class

Puppy Kindergarten is for puppies that are less then than 6 months old. The owners and puppies will learn basic commands, sit, down, walk nicely on a lead, stay, and give. We also cover a variety of puppy issues such as mouthing, house training, dog/dog and dog/people socialization. There are controlled play times during each class so puppies learn how to interact safely with a variety of types and sizes of puppies.
