Barn Hunt Practices

March - April 2026

Come one, come all to try out the sport of Barn Hunt and receive expert instruction from an experienced Barn Hunt judge in the same rings where our trial will

be located. 

 

Talbot Kennel Club will be offering Barn Hunt Practices at

200 Spring Cove Farm. Centreville, MD 21617

 

Beginner, Novice and Open ONLY

Wednesday, March 18, 2026

Starting at 4 pm.

 

All level practices held on the following dates:

Wednesday, March 25, 2026 (4:00 - 6:30pm)

Wednesday, April 1, 2026 (4:00 - 6:30pm)

Wednesday, April 8, 2026 (4:00 - 6:30pm)

Wednesday, April 15, 2026 (4:00 - 6:30pm)

Thursday, April 23, 2026 (2:00pm) *set up for the Friday, April 24th trial will following practice

 

Cost for Intro Seminar and Novice level dog - $30 per dog

(This includes intro instruction and 1-2 runs)

 

Open level and above $25 per dog

(This includes 2 runs.)

 

For all dogs if you have multiples each extra dog gets a $5 discount. 

 

Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.
